We have recently extended our services to United States and now our company is looking to employ persons that are task oriented, hardworking, prompt and dependable.
The position available is that of a Customer Care/Data Entry Clerk.
Job Description:
- Maintain orders and invoices electronically
- Transcribe, review, and interpret all lease data before entry into the database
- Manage high volume of data, efficiently and accurately
- Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Interact via phone and email with customers and sales representatives
- Assisting accounting department, posting customer payments, emailing past due statements, etc.
- Problem Solving
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with computer skills and knowledgeable in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Beneficial if you have worked on Sage/Mas 100, not required though.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and works well with others
- Some accounting experience will be beneficial
- High school diploma
- Room for growth!
Salary varies based on experience! Startup payment is between $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Remote Full Time / Part Time
Expected hours: 40 per week
